Raw Vegan Broccoli Burger Recipe

Servings: 8 small burgers

Ingredients:

 2 cups Fresh Broccoli
 ½ Whole Onion
 1 Medium Mushroom
 ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
 2 tbsp Raw Soy sauce e.g. Nama Shoyu
 1 tbsp Miso Paste - Optional

Directions:

Add everything to the food processor and process until the ingredients are finely cut and sticking together when pressed.

Shape into 8 small burger shapes then dehydrate for 5-7 hours at 110F

Then either serve as a side or turn into a burger. To make my burger, I used a raw sesame cracker bread as a base, then avocado, the burger, radish slices then a mushroom to top it off with.
