Raw Chocolate Bliss Ball Recipe

These raw chocolates are such an amazing transition food when you are trying to wean off of sugar easily, or as I also like to do, the quickest gift to make for people. They take only 10 minutes to make at most so are perfect for when you have nothing sweet already made. Plus put them in a pretty box and they look just as good, if not better than any store bought conventional chocolates you'll find.

Servings: Approx 12 Balls

Ingredients:

  cup Walnuts
  cup Dates
2 tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder (Cacao)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup/Honey/Agave - Or more to preference
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Directions:

1

Pop everything in a food processor and blend until the mixture is as fine as it is going to get.

2

Squish the mixture into balls. If you are putting into little chocolate wrappers or on a plate they can be served just as they are. If you are going to put them in something where they will stick to everything, you might want to give them a very light dusting of cocoa powder or you could even coat them with dessicated coconut.
