Mango Banana Smoothie

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

 1 ½ Mangos
 2 Bananas
 250 ml Coconut Water
 2 tbsp Ground Seeds e.g. chia, linseed, hemp - Optional
 Toppings e.g. 1/2 mango, pumpkin seeds, blackcurrants

Directions:

Add all ingredients except for the toppings into the blender and blend until smooth

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle on toppings.
