Coconut Cauliflower Bites

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

 1 Cauliflower head
 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
 5 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
 ¼ cup Coconut Flour
 1 tsp Garlic Powder (Make your own by dehydrating peeled cloves then adding to the blender)

Directions:

Chop your cauliflower into medium sized pieces (so a large floret would be cut into around 4-6 pieces)

Wash your cauliflower and shake off any excess water - the residual moisture will help the flavours to stick before dehydrating.

Add all ingredients in a bowl. Massage the flavourings into the cauliflower

Spread out on a dehydrator tray then dehydrate at 95-100F for about 4 hours.
