Cinnamon Apple & Almond Snacks

Ingredients:

 ½ cup Almonds
 2 Apples
 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
 1 tbsp Sweetener such as raw honey or maple syrup
 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

Place almonds in a bowl with the honey, cinnamon and coconut oil and leave in a warm place for around an hour so the honey and coconut stays as liquid and easy to absorb as possible.

Place the almonds on a dehydrator tray then finely chop your apples and add them to the rest of the honey, cinnamon and coconut oil mix. Massage the pieces into the mixture,

Dehydrate 6-8 hours then enjoy!
