Chocolate, Hazelnut & Banana Pudding Wrap

Raw food definitely does not have to be boring. Chocolate puddings and desserts are on the menu more often now than ever before in our house. This one has got to be one of our favourites. It's delicious, filling, and easy to make the sauce and wraps in advance to throw together in a hurry to make a quick breakfast.

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

Wraps
 4 Ripe Bananas
 ¼ cup Water
¼ cup Mixed Seeds - equal amounts of linseeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds
Filling
 3 Ripe Bananas
 612 Dates
  cup Hazelnuts
 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Directions:

To Make The Wraps
1

Add the seeds to the blender to grind them (the blender must be completely dry).

2

Add the other wrap ingredients and blend until smooth.

3

Divide into 3 and spread out on sheets for dehydrating - I use silicone sheets.

4

Dehydrate for 2-3 hours. Remove the tray and place a second tray on top upside down. Holding the trays together, flip them the opposite way up. Remove the top (original) tray and peel away the sheet. Continue dehydrating for another 1-2 hours or until it is dry but still flexible.
NB. dehydrating times can vary with the outside temperatures and humidity levels.

To Make the Filling
5

Put all the filling ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

6

Spoon out the mixture onto half of the wraps then flip the other half over the top. Serve with a little extra filling and crushed hazelnuts on top if you like.
